Bridging Hope Counseling is offering a new group in Buffalo! Adult Women Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group Tired of the up and down emotions?
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skill is a very effective skills group to help people live a life worth living. It is a structured program that is once a week for 24 weeks. It is not a therapy group - it is a skills group. You will learn many effective skills that are applicable to your life. The group starts February 27, 2012, and we have openings right now.
