chemical dependency assessment will include an interview with a counselor in which the individual’s chemical use will be reviewed along with the impact of that use on the individual’s daily life and relationships.

This assessment includes a diagnostic test, and summarizes your chemical use history. The assessment is conducted by a licensed chemical health professional that will make recommendations based on your individual needs. It can be extremely helpful to your legal case to have an objective and fair assessment completed before appearing for your court hearing.

Your assessment will last about 1.5 hours and will cover many areas of your life.  We will also need to speak to a collateral person (a phone conversation with someone who can give us information about your drug and/or alcohol use).
