Gretchen Hubble is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works at our Lino Lakes office.  Gretchen comes from both systems based and attachment based theories, which allows her to honor each person as their own unique individual through their experiences in their family of origin and their relationships with their primary attachment figures.  She believes that our understanding and expectations of the world, and our perspective on relationships, is significantly impacted by our early life experiences.

She views child, adult, and family therapy through an attachment lens and focuses on understanding the interconnectedness of beliefs about one's self, emotions, behaviors and choices.  Gretchen seeks to incorporate the whole self: body, mind, soul, and spirit, into her work with each individual. She consistently seeks to support each client to be more fully functional in their daily lives and in their relationships.

Gretchen has experience working with children, adults, and families, and has specialized training in EMDR (EMDRIA), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and Early Childhood Mental Health. She received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary.
